ABOUT

Stephani Reazor is a lifelong advocate for working families. As a nurse, mother, and military spouse, Stephani began her journey as a teen mom with modest beginnings to a 20-year career in healthcare. She embodies the values of perseverance, faith, and personal responsibility.

Raised by working-class parents who overcame significant challenges, Stephani learned early the importance of second chances, hard work, and strong family foundations. Her father, a Vietnam veteran and former Marine, became a biomedical engineer and a respected church leader. His conservative values and deep faith shaped Stephani’s own beliefs and her commitment to service. Her mother instilled in her a fierce drive for academic excellence and self-determination.

Stephani earned her nursing degree in 2005 and has served in critical care, emergency medicine, school nursing, and healthcare administration. She currently works as a Professional Development Education and Employee Health Coordinator for a North Texas specialty hospital. Her frontline experience gives her a unique perspective on the failures of our healthcare system—especially the harm caused by profit-driven models—and fuels her fight for real reform.

Her political journey began with admiration for unapologetic conservatives like Rick Santorum, whose strong Catholic values and commitment to family deeply resonated with her. In Texas, she has served as a precinct chair and worked to elect conservative leaders across North Texas. Her belief in education reform is rooted in hands-on experience with local school boards and community colleges.
